Subscription Policy - As of July 2017

Services Subscriptions

The company charges for some services on a monthly basis. It charges for complete calendar months from either the order date of the service or commencement, this will be noted on the company’s website for each service offered.

Some services require a notice period if you wish to cancel them. Where this is required it will be listed within the relevant control panel. If you cancel such a service it will no longer be charged for once the notice period expires.

Website Hosting Subscriptions

The company charges for hosting annually in advance. The first year hosting fees must be paid prior to the launch of the website, however, the company offers the option of paying for subsequent years hosting and website maintenance fees on a monthly basis if you have signed an agreement with a term of 2 years or more or you the selected the TWO tick boxes on the payment system on our site and entered your payment details. Where this is offered the price of subsequent hosting fees are fixed and divided into 12 monthly payments for each year (beyond year one) of the agreement. A fee of £24.00 per year is added for additional administration in providing this service.

Once you have signed (or agreed online) to a particular service period you are legally obliged to make all payments set out therein.

Failure to fulfil your payment obligations will result in suspension or cancellation of your service, however, you will still be required to pay the full amount specified.

Failure to meet scheduled payments will result in the remaining balance of all services provided under the contract becoming immediately due.

Failure to resolve non-payment in a speedy manner will result in legal action to recover the debt.

Struggling to pay?

If you are struggling to pay, then please contact accounts@webbuster.co.uk and we will work with you to solve any issues.  We are a very supportive company and work with our customers.  Our role is to support our customers and clients.  However, we must by law put into writing what our procedure is if you do not cooperate.  These situations are hardly ever and issue but we must put it in writing so here are then unpleasant legal bits which we hope will never be used.

Paying Monthly

IMPORTANT. Please note that this is a way for you to pay for your website monthly, it does not shorten your chosen term or give you the ability to cancel before the term ends. It purely allows you to split your payments across the year(s) by making monthly payments instead of yearly payments.  All subscription contracts are a minimum of 1 year or a maximum of 3 years.

The company has offered some clients the opportunity to pay the design and build fees for their website over the term of their website provision contract in addition to their monthly payments. Where this has been offered the total fees are stated in the contract and are divided by the number of months over the contract term.

Staff charges and defaults are dealt with on the same basis as customers.  Staff have the ability to pay a small build fee and then have the rest paid monthly.

Once you have signed (or agreed online) to a particular service period (1 to 3 years) you are legally obliged to make all payments set out therein.  You must accept that if you default you will pay the remaining years in one lump sum.  To make it easier for you, WorldPay will not accept your online payment until you have agreed to this.

Failure to fulfil your payment obligations will result in suspension or cancellation of your service, however, you will still be required to pay the full amount specified and you will have to have agreed to this before WorldPay will take your payment.  If you stop paying 6 months before your contract is up, you will need to pay 6 x your monthly fee.  You will not have been able to start your payments unless you agreed to this.

Failure to meet scheduled payments will result in the remaining balance of all services provided under the contract becoming immediately due.  This means that all the payments will be due.

Failure to resolve non-payment in a speedy manner will result in legal action to recover the debt.  Our policy is to ask the courts for you to cover any of our legal costs.  They may or may not do this.  However, we do try to contact you and send many emails in order to sort out any issues first.
